Commissioning me means you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions or concerns. I have the right to refuse any commission.Please provide a detailed description of your request(s) PRIOR to payment. This includes deadlines, expressions, special requests and so on. I will only work on your commission after receiving payment.

Failure to comply with these rules may lead us to lose track of your commission and not be realized/delivered. The Artist has the right to display unwatermarked versions and Wips on paid websites, unless a confidentiality agreement is reached.
The Commissions are publicly released two weeks after completion; during that period, the commission cannot be shared beyond close friends
The commission is for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed.
Commercial use must be discussed and may require additional licensing fees.
The Artist retains the right to display the artwork in portfolios, unless a confidentiality agreement is made.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
VIOLATION OF MY T.O.S. WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING BLACKLISTED AND ALSO REVOKE YOUR RIGHTS TO USE THE ARTWORKREFUNDS
